Change Cost Center Approver for Organization

Requesting to change a Cost Center Approver for an area. Reasons for requesting a change include but are not limited to: Employment changes due to retirement/resignation; Temporary change due to an extended leave of absence; and Reorganization of responsibilities and roles.

Request New or Change Organization/Department

Changes to WyoCloud related to requests for new organizations/departments and Chart of Accounts codes, requests to move within the Chart of Accounts enterprise structure and requests to close organizations/departments will only occur at the ending/beginning of fiscal years.

Request New Program or Activity code

Requests for new program and activity codes can be made throughout the fiscal year and will be reviewed by the Budget and Accounting Offices prior to receiving final approval. In order for the new program or activity code to be available in WyoCloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), requests need to be submitted by February of the prior fiscal year.
