Introduction
If you have a general question regarding a specific UW Library application (e.g. Sierra, MRBS, Illiad, Summon, etc.) this will allow you to submit a support ticket.
These could include
	- questions about patches or updates issued by the vendor
 
	- interest in a new module or functionality supplied by the vendor
 
	- data feeds with or between other applications

	- No need to call a specific developer or email several people
 
	- Your support requests will go to the entire team of developers that support department applications 
 
	- The ability for you to add all important details to the ticket and monitor its progress
