The Company Portal is an application available on Windows PCs that have been imaged by Information Technology with the InTune utility.  Company Portal is installed automatically.
It allows for customers to install commonly used applications from a single source, such as the Canon printer driver, Adobe Reader and the Ivanti Secure Access VPN client. Over 35 applications are currently available.
How to launch the Company Portal
Use the Search dialog box on the Windows taskbar to search for: Company Portal.
It should also be listed in the program list when clicking the Windows Start button, selecting All.

Upon launching Company Portal, the Home selection should display by default.  This will show two panes, the left pane is a list of major categories, while the right pane will show details.
The Home page is an overview of recent software titles, notifications and a devices list.

Selecting an app will display details for that app and present an opportunity to install if the app is compatible with your PC.

The Downloads and updates category will display already installed applications.

Selecting an already installed applications will display general details and an option to reinstall.

The Devices category will display your connected PC's or computers that you have signed into. Selecting a device will display general information on that system.

Selecting Help and Support from the left pane will display helpful contact information.  There is also an opportunity to Upload Logs.  This will not send log content or information to UW's Information Technology department, but will rather upload it Microsoft's support department. Please do not upload logs unless instructed to do so.

Located within the Company Portal tool is an icon near the upper right corner representing your university account.

Selecting that icon will present an options to reset your password, sign out of Company Portal, or list general information on your account.  Other than signing out, selecting any of these options will open a new web browser window to Microsoft's cloud website.
